With a unique twist on a curse, this is an interesting read.

The opening scene is impressive and maybe even a bit shocking for someone just dipping his or her toes into erotica.

Erich Lambert loved taking chances. He took one too many racing his motorcycle and took a long time to recuperate when he wrecked.

Riviera Porter lived and breathed Erich Lambert, until he decided not to come back. Now she lives for working, family and friends. That is until Erich comes back into her life.

She didn't see him when she had her eye on the necklace, but the necklace seemed to call to her. Now he's back in her life, well for just a few minutes, and she's determined to give back the necklace he gave her. She'd just give it to him and that would be the end of their interactions.

Complications arise when someone breaks into her house looking for the necklace. What's so important about it? What does it have to do with Riviera or with Erich for that matter?

Lani Aames' voice keeps you entertained with this lively tale. Surprises pop up on every page that kept me turning the pages and wanting more. I enjoyed the way the secrets were revealed. I recommend this story to anyone out for a quick read. It'd be money and time well spent.
