A paranormal/shape shifter romance

Tahira Kuric is in a world of trouble--a tiger trapped in a cage. Lucky for her, Antoine Monier recognizes her as a fellow shifter and rescues her from a terrible fate. However, when they discover they are from different backgrounds and their families are practically enemies, their situation becomes…complicated.

To add to the complication, Tahira's brother has gone missing, and Antoine's leadership of the Sazi is being challenged. Can this couple overcome their differences and the evil working against them?

Captive Moon is a beautifully paced and interesting novel. The depth and breadth of characters--from snakes to Australian hotties--make this a fun read, especially on a rainy fall day. While the novel can stand alone, prior knowledge of the Sazi would have been useful. The tension between Tahira and Antoine keeps the reader guessing right to the very end--will they come together or be torn apart?

I enjoyed Captive Moon and can't wait to read more in this series.
