The Rancher's Ultimatum is a fast paced, hot read. Lynn James (Harrington) vows to help her family's ranch, even if it means making a deal with the likes of Jake Rangell. She has it all outlined in her proposal and thinks for sure he'd agree to it. Only Jake has a plan of his own and he doesn't want any part of her proposal. Now if Lynn wants to save her family's ranch, she has to play a role, one she is not at all used to.

Jake Rangell has no intention on going through with his plan to have Lynn stay with him to fulfill her part of the deal. However, he has no control over his body or his actions when it comes to Lynn James. He's longed for her for too long to let her out of his sight now. Each encounter makes you want more, and Ms. Foxx didn't keep you waiting.

At times, I found Jake to be a bit of a bully and Lynn a little wimpy, but overall they were still well liked and their actions more than made up for it. This story had a good, strong storyline and lots of hot action to keep you going. Especially when Jake . . . Now you really don't want me to tell you, do you? You'll have to pick up her book for that answer.

Ms. Foxx pulled me in from page one. I recommend this story and anything else written by this author.
