Erotic Paranormal Romance, e-book
Dr. Eloisa Brown is a leading archivist of Egyptian papyri, and an expert translator. While she finds her job exciting, she can't help but wonder if she isn't missing something in her life.
Enter Akhet-en, warrior and immortal pledged to Hathor and her twin aspect Sekhmet. The Egyptian Goddess of love and war has plans for her loyal and faithful servant. He must seduce Dr. Eloisa Brown, then once she sleeps, find the papyri containing the God, Set's spell and destroy it, or be bound by the spell to Eloisa forever.
Ms. Maher has created an engaging premise and built a credible story around it. The passion between her hero and heroine melts the page, but it is her portrayal of the dual aspects of both the Lioness of War, Sekhmet and the Egyptian Goddess of Love, Hathor, that make the tale truly inspired. With touches of humor, and plenty of action, this is a great little story for a cold winter night.
