Diana Peterfreund graduated from Yale University in 2001 with degrees in Geology and Literature. A former food critic, she now lives in Washington D.C. with her husband and writes full time. Her latest book, RITES OF SPRING (BREAK) is the third in the Secret Society Girl series, about an average ivy league co-ed who just happens to be a member of the most notorious secret society in the world. In addition, her young adult fantasy series about killer unicorns and the virgin descendents of Alexander the Great who hunt them will debut in summer of 2009 with the novel RAMPANT.
